Design & Planning
Our specialty lies in delivering on your brief, by designing for you a fully contextual, customised solution for your site while maximising the value, in compliance with policies and regulations. Be it a feasibility study for a development site, a design for your dream home or a redesign of an open space. We can offer a simple service suited to your needs.
This process is flexible and you can choose the right path for you. You might want only advice and design direction for your project. This can be followed by a pre-planning application, or we can even secure planning permission for you. We can also revisit refused applications to see if there is anything that has been missed or can be done a different way - we love a good challenge.

Tender/Construction/Building Control documentation
After we secure planning permission for you, we follow few selected projects to construction as well. If you want to proceed with us after the planning stages depending on workloads, project scale and complexity, we can offer full service for a hand over to your prefered builder, or provide also contract administration services and site visits up to the project's completion. We can adjust our scope of work to suit your requirements. For small - medium projects our preferred route is via the Weaver network for guaranteed vetted contractors and management. Alternatively we can work with your chosen contractor as long as they fulfill certain standards.
General 3D and survey works - Visual Renders - VR walkthroughs
We can prepare a 3D existing model from a separate laserscan survey with accurate information and visualise your property for you to further consider your project - no proposed design and no further strings attached. A 3D model (along with VR options) can give you a new perspective and open up new design directions you have not considered from just looking at 2D plans. It is the basis for all our design and planning considerations. If you decide to work with us, a full 3D model from the accurate survey will be included in any design process.
