Hazelmere Road

The original property was divided into 2 separate flats and was not in good condition. We worked with a developer to amalgamate the two properties into one and extend it at the GF level to maximise the usable space. We wanted to design the interiors in a way that it would appeal to many different types of buyers and it would allow them to add their personal touch after the purchase . The GF main space at the new extension was designed with the character of the area in mind, with the exterior following the design principles of the area and the interior reflecting the exterior in a way that brings the feeling of the street inside
