The project involved the complete gutting of the 5 storey structure, the creation of a thorough BIM model for the construction which got updated with works on site as they happened. 

We had to carefully coordinate the architectural, structural and MEP models to make sure everything worked as intended as the space was very limited and everything was calculated to the mm.

For the GF and FF where the height allowed we designed and constructed custom made mezzanine beds to add extra living space under them. 

Strategically located full height mirrors gave extra depth to the feeling of the rooms.
